We are taking our first family cruise Jan 12, 2013 on the Fantasy ship and the kids are very excited. We have ages 2, 7, and 10. With these ages in mind can you recommend excursions off the ship at the ports?

    Hi Angelina!
You have chosen an amazing vessel for your first cruise onboard Disney Cruise Line!  Your kids should be very excited because they are going to have an absolute blast and so are you!!!
There are some fabulous Port Adventures on your Eastern itinerary, and I'm sure you will love any excursion you choose.  The St. Maarten Island & Butterfly Farm Tour is a nice option with your age range.  The Seaworld Explorer Coral Reef Exploration is fantastic if your crew is interested in seeing some Caribbean marine life.  In St. Thomas, Maagens Bay Beach Break allows you to spend the day on one of the most beautiful beaches in the Caribbean.  If you are looking to see the beauty of St. Thomas both on land and in the sea, the Coral World Ocean Park by Land and Sea might be for your family.
My family loves to enjoy a beach day on Castaway Cay!  DCL offers bike rentals, snorkel and float rentals that can be reserved ahead of time or on the island.  If your older ones want an adventure, I recommend Castaway Ray's Stingray Adventure!
I hope my suggestions help, Angelina!  Good luck with your planning!
