    Hello! We're taking our first ever family vacation with our kids (14 and 12) this July. Booked at Boardwalk Inn 5 nights and got QS dining package. Now I'm having second thoughts. If I change my mind, can I upgrade to the Deluxe plan before we arrive?

    You absolutely can upgrade to the Standard dining plan from the Quick Service plan. But make sure you do so well in advance of your arrival in Orlando. You cannot upgrade once you are here, and there is a window of days prior to your arrival, after which you can't make the change, for whatever reason.

    Just contact whomever you used as your agent (Disney direct, travel agent, etc.) to make the change. Just in case you should contact them right away to make sure I am right, just in case you booked some kind of special package that might not allow the change. I have never heard of one, but with the web of reservation systems and options that are out there, you can never be too sure!
