    Taking our first ever cruise on Disney Fantasy May 2013. Wondering if there is a phone number we can leave with family to reach us if there is an emergency while we are on the ship? Also my DD will be 3 months away from turning 11, can she get into Edge?

    You have chosen a spectacular vessel for your first experience on the high seas with your favorite mouse, Captain Mickey, navigating the way!  My family sailed on the Disney Fantasy last spring, and my kiddos are still reminiscing about their favorite magical moments from our cruise vacation!
    There is a shore to ship number that you can leave with your family at home just in case.  The toll-free number is (888) 322-8732.
    My daughter just recently turned 11 and can't wait to try Edge on our next sailing.  On our last cruise, she and I checked it out during the Open House hours, and she is excited about moving up!  Since your soon to be 11 year old is interested in what Edge offers, I would visit the area on Embarkation Day when it is open for free exploration.  When you are there be sure to speak to the youth counselors about your situation because they are the ones that will make the decision on whether or not she can participate in the tween club.  I know exceptions are made so hopefully she is within the window that they will allow!
