Mom And Son Water Slide

    We are taking our first disney druise in Feb 2012 on the Disney Majic. How deep is the water at the end of the water slide in castaway cay? I have a 10 yr old who is worried it will be over her head.

    I love the Disney Cruise! I have been twice on the Wonder and I could go back tomorrow if I only did not have to work!

    I did get to try out the water slide at Castaway Cay! Let me tell you I would not worry so much about the depth of the water as the speed of the slide. This is by far the fastest water slide I have been on and I am a regular at water parks.

    When I came out, I was under the water but swam a short distance and then could stand up. 

    I would call the Disney Cruise line at 800-951-3532 to ask them about the depth of the water and if your daughter could wear a life vest.
