    We are taking our first Disney cruise on Oct. 6, 2017. The 3 night cruise to Bahamas and Castaway Cay. My question is, do they have a pirate night and a formal night on all cruises, including this one? trying to figure costumes and clothes to pack.

    Congratulations on your first cruise aboard the beautiful Disney Dream! You are in for a SPOOKY time since you've chosen to set sail on one of the Halloween on the High Seas cruises. It will be a pixie-dusted time with Captain Mickey, his First Mate Minnie and the rest of their seafaring crew. They can't wait to welcome you aboard!

    Planning what to pack is an important part of the process so I'm glad you reached out with this question. Scheduling is always subject to change, but in the past a 3-night voyage included one cruise casual night, a Halloween/Pirate themed night and an optional dress up night. Pirate festivities will include Mickey's Pirates IN the Caribbean Deck Party, pirate games, game shows and a firework spectacular, the Buccaneer Blast. You also find some Halloween fun sprinkled in including Mickey's Mouse-Querade Party and holiday-themed activities in the youth spaces. It will be a magical night on the high seas!
