We are taking our first cruise on April 10th. I think my daughters would like to to dress up like pirates for the special night. I understand here is a gift shop. Will someone also help "make them up" like the princess?

Welcome aboard, Patrick! It's not long now before your family gets to head out on the high seas with Disney Cruise Line! You have one magical vacation coming up, Patrick, and with young girls who love princesses and pirates, they're going to have the time of their lives!

Did you know that all four of Disney Cruise Line's ships now feature the popular Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique onboard? Guests can make advanced reservations for princess or pirate makeovers by the Fairy Godmothers-in-Training. My children have done this a few times, and still talk about the magical experiences they had. My daughter became Snow White and another time was transformed into Cinderella. I still get chills when I remember her leaving that magical makeover and running into Snow White in the hallway, who took her hand and skipped around with her chatting about their matching dresses. Such a special memory! Now, my son loves a swashbuckling good time on Pirate Night, was thrilled to have a reservation to become Captain Jack Sparrow when the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique becomes Pirates League on Pirate Night. His pirate host painted a spooky beard and decked him out in new scallywag gear for the night's festivities. What a fun night! He hopped out of that chair in his new pirate gear and makeup and was ready to take on the pirates up on deck!

Be sure to log into your reservation to begin your online check-in which is where you can snag reservations for fun extras like the makeovers. Since this is your first cruise, your online check-in begins 75 days prior to sailing, which means you should be able to do this now! Don't wait long because these reservations are popular and do book up quickly! Of course, you're welcome to bring your own pirate or princess costumes to wear onboard too! Have such a wonderful cruise, Patrick!
