Welcome aboard planDisney, Chantal!
I’m so glad you came by with your question. Our goal is to help you have the
Disney Cruise Line vacation that dreams are made of and to answer your planning questions, so let’s get started!
Interestingly enough, I have stayed in stateroom 5526 on
Disney Fantasy’s sister ship, Disney Dream! These two ships share the same
deck plan layout and stateroom configurations so I’m familiar with that particular stateroom. In fact, it sleeps 3 Guests. There is a queen bed and a single convertible sofa, and there is no drop-down bed. Although they are some of the largest rooms available, apart from Concierge staterooms, most of the
Category 4E staterooms on Deck 5 accommodate just 3 Guests.
Category 4E Staterooms on Deck 5 also feature extended verandahs that give you ample room to enjoy the fresh sea air right from your room. Stateroom 5526 has the option to connect with stateroom 5528, but not with stateroom 5524. So, if Guests in both 5526 and 5528 request that the verandah privacy divider be opened, the Stateroom Attendant will be able to do so. Of course, this is dependent on the weather. In the mornings, we love ordering coffee and watching the sun rise over the sea, and in the evenings, we enjoy ordering Mickey Premium Ice Cream Bars and gazing at the stars. Both are available through
complimentary Room Service!
Chantal, the generous square footage and extended verandahs make stateroom 5526 an awesome choice for a 7-Night Cruise such as yours! Another great feature of rooms on Deck 5 is the convenience of the
rotational dining venues and evening entertainment. However, if you would like to speak with a Disney Cast Member about other stateroom options, I encourage you to
call Disney Cruise Line today since your magical vacation begins soon.
Thanks for cruising by, Chantal. If you have other questions or need more tips for a fantastic vacation, please come see us again!
Wishing you smooth sailing,
Shannon
