Hi, Sue!  Okay, let's take the easiest one first!

In order to purchase tickets for Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween party, you just have to click this link Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party Tickets.  There, you can place your order for these special event tickets, and they will be be mailed to you.

Reservations for the makeovers at the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique can be made by calling 407-939-7895.  The girls can choose from a variety of princess makeovers, including packages that have just hair and makeup, all the way up to a full princess dress.  There is a Bibbibid Bobbidi Boutique location at the Magic Kingdom and at Downtown Disney, inside the World of Disney store.

Character meals reservations can be made online at Disney World Dining Reservations.  You can also call for a reservation at 407-939-3463.  You will want to call as soon as you can, as dining reservations can be made up to 180 days in advance, and many character meals do fill up.

I hope that covers everything!  It sounds like you're planning a really wonderful trip for you grandchildren, and I hope you all have a wonderful time!
