Anchors aweigh, James!
How exciting to have such a great crew joining you on your Disney Cruise Line vacation! I'm glad you came to planDisney with your question so we can help you navigate your planning.
My most recent cruises have been with large groups so I can offer you a few tips. First, I recommend
calling Disney Cruise Line to confirm everyone's reservation is linked and you have the same dining times and rotation. This will help to ensure your
dining rotations and times will line up. Hopefully, you will all be in the same area of the
Rotational Dining restaurants. On my last cruise, our group of three different staterooms had tables next to each other with the same Serving Team, which was helpful in terms of coordinating when our meal courses arrived. Your group is larger, so I'll keep my fingers crossed that the same happens for you. Now, I've traveled with a group of 21-plus Guests and while we didn't have the same Serving Team, our tables were all adjacent. Keep in mind that you should sit at your assigned tables to help the team serve you best.
Be sure everyone downloads the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app on their smart devices.
The app has many features to make traveling with a group smooth sailing. This way everyone can keep track of the onboard activities and
Port Adventures you all plan to enjoy together. You can also use the handy Chat feature in the app to stay in touch!
If you have other questions, James, sail by again! We are here to help!
Wishing you many magical memories,
Shannon
