    We are taking an eastern Caribean crusie in May and we were wondering if we have an 8:15 excursion at St Thomas will the Oceaneers club be open early enough for her to stay there while we ar eon the excursion? Do they serve breakfast at the club?

    Ahoy Rebecca!
    In a little over a month you will be sailing away into the sunset on your Eastern Caribbean adventure.  I'm sure you can't wait to leave all your worries behind to let Disney Cruise Line take care of you and your family for seven glorious days! 
    You have a great question about the Oceaneer Club and Lab on the morning you are planning to venture ashore.  Usually, the youth spaces open around 9:00am, but when the ship is docked early they adjust their hours so Guests can drop off kids before disembarking the ship.  To my knowledge lunch and dinner are only served in the club so my advice is to fill out the room service card that will be in your stateroom.  On the card you can indicate the time for breakfast to be delivered the next morning, and place it on the outside of your stateroom door.
