Hi! We are taking the Dream Disney Cruise on June 25 and wondering what was the best shuttle services to use besides the Disney Cruise? We would need a shuttle from Port Canaveral to MCO Orlando Airport.

Welcome aboard, Pam! It's almost time to set sail with Disney!

Disney Cruise Line's Ground Transfers are the easiest way to transition from land to sea and back again. We have tried other options and always go back to Disney's transfers because they take care of all the details and make the start and end of our cruise vacation so stress-free. I recommend that you choose that option over an outside company. It may seem less expensive to use a different company or rent a car, but the hassle isn't worth it in my opinion. We love to fly into the airport and hop right on the motorcoach to the port. They run about every half hour, so we don't wait long. Plus, with the luggage tags Disney sends us at home ahead of time, we attach those before we check our luggage in at our home airport, and we don't need to deal with our bags again until they meet us at our stateroom on the ship! It couldn't be easier! Disney pulls them from the plane in Orlando and sends them directly to the ship, so no need for us to even stop at baggage claim! On the way home, we can send them ahead to the plane too with Disney's onboard airline check-in, since we're using the Disney transfers. I do hope you'll seriously consider these easy transfers, Pam.

There are other options out there, like Mears or other independent companies, or renting a car. So, you can certainly do a quick search online to see which of those options might sound good. But, letting Disney take care of it all, so that your relaxing vacation begins the moment the plane touches down is truly the easiest! If you fly in the night before and stay at the Hyatt at the airport, they partner with Disney, (as do the Disney Resorts), and can send your bags ahead the next morning, when you book Disney's transfers.

    Have fun, Pam!
