Angela, you're going a
Disney Cruise, AND you're going to
Walt Disney World – oh my Disney! I did the same thing this summer, and nothing beats the blues of saying goodby to Captain Mickey than knowing that you're headed for The Most Magical Place on Earth!
Disney Cruise Line guests are asked to be out of their staterooms by 8:00 AM on the day of disembarkation. We typically bring our day bags with us to breakfast and walk off the ship after that. Since you opted to use the Disney Cruise Line transfers from Port Canaveral to your Walt Disney World Resort, you will be able to board the Disney Cruise Line motorcoach right after going through Customs and Immigration. In my experience, we left the port shortly after 9:00 AM and were at our resort hotel by 10:45 AM, but keep in mind that your motorcoach will likely make stops at several other Walt Disney World Resort hotels along the way. It's safe to say that you'll arrive at your resort by 11:00 AM. If you have any questions, call Disney Cruise Line at (800) 951-3532.
Although your room at
Disney's Pop Century Resort may not be ready until later in the afternoon, feel free to check your bags with Bell Services while you enjoy the Parks! There's no better way to start chapter two of your vacation than hopping on the
Disney Skyliner, which is conveniently located just over the Generation Gap Bridge.
Angela, I hope you enjoy your holiday on land and at sea on your
Very Merrytime Cruise and Walt Disney World vacations! If there's anything else we can help you with, remember, we're all ears!
