Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Kathryn!
It sounds like you have a magical adventure on the high seas planned. I am thrilled for you to sail with Captains Mickey and
Minnie! With all of the
magic included onboard, you are going to have an amazing vacation!
Although I hate thinking about debarkation, if we do have a later flight on this day, I usually plan a visit to
Disney Springs for my family as well! It is the perfect way to squeeze in a little extra magic before heading home. Guest Services at Disney Springs does not offer luggage service. However, there are a couple of other options my family has taken advantage of so we can enjoy our day here while waiting for our flight.
Disney Cruise Line offers
Onboard Airline Check-In service if you are flying on a participating airline. With this option, you can check your luggage through to your airline, take Disney Cruise Line Ground Transportation to Orlando International Airport, then from there travel to Disney Springs without worrying about your luggage.
We have also rented a car for the day and drove ourselves from Port Canaveral to Disney Springs. This allowed us to leave our luggage locked in the trunk of the vehicle, while we enjoyed
lunch,
shopping and the new
NBA Experience during our visit. It also gave us more flexibility as to when we left this venue for the airport.
Navigate back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel if you have any additional questions before you set sail!
"Sea" ya real soon! Angie
