We are taking our 1st Disney cruise 3/29 aboard the Magic - 8 night Bahamian. We have 2 girls and our friends have 3 girls. What time is Princess Royal Gathering? We made a reservation at Palo on 2nd night which I understand is same night.

Welcome aboard Adrian! I just disembarked the Magic yesterday from a wonderful 6-night cruise, and it was absolutely amazing. I bet you are so excited for your sailing next month!

The Princess Gathering will occur twice during your sailing, and always on a sea day, and before noon. On our sailing, it was on our first two sea days at 11:30. So, you certainly don't need to worry about your Palo reservation conflicting with the Princess Gathering.

I would highly recommend that you line up in the Lobby Atrium early for this, as the line gets very long. When my daughter has attended, we have staked out a spot in line about 45 minutes before the event begins, and are usually one of the first four or five families. We bring postcards with us and she takes that time sitting down to write postcards to her friends and family back home. The time flies this way, and she gets the cards done too! Then once the gathering starts, there isn't much waiting and inching along in line.

All five of your little princesses will really enjoy the Princess Gathering!

    Have a great cruise, Adrian!
