Three Generations Aboard Ship; fireworks; night

    I am taking the 7 day eastern Caribbean cruise this Saturday.Could you please tell me as to is it going to be cold or hot on the ship during day and night.I am travelling with 2 little kids.

    How exciting that you're setting sail tomorrow, Shona! Let me be the first to say, "Welcome aboard!" Just wait until you arrive at Port Canaveral tomorrow and walk into the atrium lobby of the Fantasy as the Cast Members announce your family name and applaud your arrival! What a wonderful way to begin your cruise!

    You can expect beautifully warm temperatures in the low 80's or upper 70's in December in the Caribbean, so pack for warm weather!

    Of course, it's a great idea to bring a light sweater or jacket for each of your family members too. Nights at sea can be breezy and cool out of deck, so I always like to have that extra layer just in case. Plus, I tend to get a bit chilly in the Walt Disney Theatre and in the restaurants sometimes, so I have a sweater with me throughout the evening. Other than that, pack for summer-like weather and enjoy escaping the cold back home to head south for a wonderfully warm week with Disney Cruise Line, Shona!
