Taking my daughter's friend with us to Bay lake tower in August 2020. She has an annual pass however it is not linking to the reservation. Cant get through to Disney. Need to link the pass so I can make park reservations. Suggestions

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Andrew. How exciting to have an upcoming stay in Bay Lake Tower at Disney’s Contemporary Resort! In no time you will be enjoying the beautiful views of Magic Kingdom Park and Bay Lake, lounging by the pool, catching Movies Under the Stars or maybe even taking part in a fishing excursion. Check out the full list of offerings and experiences that will be available during your August stay on the Disney Resort Hotels: Know Before You Go page by clicking Bay Lake Tower at Disney’s Contemporary Resort under the Update on Disney Resort Hotels Reopenings. Being so close to Magic Kingdom Park is one of the great advantages of your resort, so we want to be sure you can make those park reservations by linking your daughter’s friend’s Annual Pass

I am guessing that you are unable to successfully link it in your My Disney Experience account because your daughter’s friend’s plans are currently managed by someone else, likely her parent or guardian if she is under the age of 13. Let me walk you through the steps of adding her to your Friends & Family List by requesting permission from the person who currently manages her Disney profile. First, you will need to connect with the person who currently manages her plans on My Disney Experience by sending an invitation to connect. Once you have connected with that person you will then need to add your daughter’s friend by selecting “Add a Guest”, choosing the “Find Through My Connected Guests” option. You should see your daughter’s friend’s profile and be able to select her to add to your Friends & Family List. Once you have done this, the person who currently manages her plans should receive an email asking for permission for you to add your daughter’s friend to your Friends & Family List. After permission has been granted, you should be able to manage plans for your daughter’s friend, allowing you to use her Annual Pass to make park reservations on the new Disney Park Pass system. If your daughter’s friend is over the age of 13 and has her own My Disney Experience account and the ability to manage her own plans, you will simply need to send her the invitation to connect. If you encounter any issues with this process or are still unable to link your daughter’s friend’s Annual Pass please reach out to the My Disney Experience Help Center at (407) 939-4357.

I hope that you all have a wonderful time in The Most Magical Place on Earth this August! Please stop back by if we can help answer any more of your vacation questions.
