Hi Melissa!
I’m sure your daughter will love the
Epcot Seas Adventures - Aqua Tour in Epcot. Snorkeling with aquatic friends at The Seas with Nemo & Friends Pavilion is an amazing adventure! I think I have a few ideas for your little guy to send him on an adventure as well!
My kids had a swashbuckling good time on one of
Disney’s Pirate Adventure Cruises. Their pirate bandanas went on, and off they went on a search for buried treasure! The cruise lasts two hours and is for kids only. I’m not sure what they were more excited about, being pirates or going off without mom and dad!
If pirates are his thing, how about a dinner cruise just for him? Join
Captain Hook’s Pirate Crew for a dinnertime sail around Crescent Lake at Disney’s Beach Club Resort. Or if you’d like to take the whole family on a cruise, maybe the
Pirates & Pals Fireworks Dessert Voyage is something he would enjoy. Meet Captain Hook and Mr. Smee before setting sail for a spectacular view of Happily Ever After fireworks.
Follow a different kind of quest on
Disney’s Family Magic Tour through the Magic Kingdom. We did this last summer for my son’s birthday and it was fun for the whole family. Our Cast Member Tour Guide led us on a search for clues throughout the park, and we even met some old friends along the way. By the end of the tour, my shy daughter was holding hands and skipping down Main Street, U.S.A. with the Cast Member!
Is your guy a budding zoologist? The
Up Close with Rhinos tour allows you to meet the white rhinos of Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park! While this adventure would require an adult to accompany him, it is a family-friendly tour, and is a truly unique experience. Maybe elephants are more his thing? The
Caring for Giants experience is similar, but he’ll get to learn about and view the park’s African elephant herd.
I hope one of these ideas sounds like the perfect fit for your son. For other fun ideas, check out all the
Enchanting Extras available to Guests!
Happy Planning!
