I am taking a cruise on the Disney Dream with my husband, 3 yr old and 9 month old. Any "do's and don'ts" considering the ages of my children. This is also our first cruise together. What to do on our day at sea that will have everyone happy?

    Hi Heather!
Your family is going to have a fabulous time on the magnificent Disney Dream!  Disney Cruise Line does a wonderful job of planning activities for Guests of all ages!  My first piece of advice is to be sure to read your daily cruise newsletter, the Personal Navigator, thoroughly because it will be your go-to guide for your entire sailing.  It will be delivered each evening so you will have plenty of time to plan for your next day!  I definitely recommend spending time in Nemo's Reef because both your children will love this interactive water play area!  It is sheltered so no sunscreen is needed!  Your three-year old can also enjoy the Mickey Pool and slide as well!  Goofy's Golf on Deck 12 is also a lot of fun!  Your three-year old will be able to experience the incredible Oceaneer Club and Lab.  Free play or themed experiences are offered from early in the morning until late at night!  The trained counselors are great at making sure all the kids are engaged and having a blast!  You can also enjoy these spaces as a family when Open House times are offered throughout the cruise.  If your two are comfortable with characters, then "meet & greets' on board are fantastic!  The lines aren't too long at all, and the meetings are magical!  Be sure to have your autograph book and camera ready!  The entertainment on board is phenomenal and is not to be missed!  I also suggest reserving a few hours at It's A Small World Nursery for your littlest one so you and your husband can experience some of the adult-only offerings such as Palo or Remy (adult-only dining), Quiet Cove Pool, or even a spa treatment at Senses!
There are some great Disney Dream videos that I suggest you check out while you plan.  Please keep me posted if you think of any other questions, Heather!
