Hi there, Ed! We appreciate you taking the time to send your heartfelt question to planDisney, and thank you for your dedication to serving your community in Chicago!
When Walt Disney's children were young, he imagined a clean, safe, friendly place where adults and children could have fun together, and it's incredible how his vision holds true almost 70 years later. The Most Magical Place on Earth will be the perfect place for you to bring the children and adults from the Bread Of Life organization. Walt Disney World Resort does offer discounts on tickets for qualifying non-profit organizations, and I'm happy to point you in the right direction.
First, speak with a Cast Member at the
Student Group Ticket Sales at (321) 939-7560 or (407) 828-3200 and choose option 6; they are available Monday-Friday from 9:00 AM-4:00 PM. This division of the company is part of Disney Imagination Campus, so in the meantime, you may want to visit their website. To request information through the site, you'll need to select Walt Disney World as your location and select "Disney Field Trips" from the drop-down menu. Then you can fill out a questionnaire about your group's interests so that a Disney Imagination Campus representative can contact you. One thing to keep in mind is that your arrival must be 60 days or later. Also, you will need to bring your state of Illinois Tax- Exempt Certificate with you to
Guest Relations when you arrive.
The
Group Sales Department may also be able to offer you some guidance. The number to contact them is (407) 939-1942. The Cast Members in this department are great at advising on how to set up the
My Disney Experience app when traveling with large groups. While you can have up to 25 profiles, you may need more than one adult in your party to manage an account to make things easier. You can do all of this through your
Family & Friends list.
Thanks again, Ed! The planDisney Panel sends our best wishes! Please write us back anytime.
