Mom and Daughter at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort Room

    We are taking Amtrak from NC to Orlando and will arrive about 10:17 am on the day of our arrival. I know our rooms won't be ready but can we still use the arcade, pool and other hotel facilities instead of heading to the parks?

    Hi Mallory,

    As soon as you arrive at your Disney hotel, you should go ahead and register at the front desk. Once you register, you'll receive your Disney Key to the World card and be allowed all the privileges of a Disney resort guest, even if you room is not yet ready. You'll be welcome to use the pool and all other resort amenities.
