On the Table Service Meals it states that appetizer is included for (guest ages 3-9 only), does this mean that children don't get an entree and only an appetizer or do they get both?

Guests ages 3-9 on the Disney Dining Plan receive an entree (from the children's menu), a beverage, a dessert, PLUS an appetizer (from the children's menu). The children's appetizers are usually something small such as carrots and dip, or a small bowl of soup. The appetizers for the kids are there to keep them busy and take the edge off their hunger while everyone is waiting for their entrees.

You can read more about appetizers on the Disney Dining Plan HERE.

    Enjoy your visit to WDW.
