Are the table service meals all the ones that need reservations? How do I know when I'm making a reservation if it is a table or quick service meal?

Counter/Quick service meals neither require nor accept reservations. If you're making a reservation for a restaurant, then it is a table service meal.

Counter service restaurants like fast food restaurants (but yummier). At these locations, you walk up to a counter to place your order, receive your tray of food, and then walk back to find your own table in the seating area. This differs from table service, where you are seated by a hostess and either place an order with a server or help yourself to a buffet. At most table service locations, reservations are strongly suggested.

    Happy eating!
