Hi there, Bethany! Welcome to planDisney!
I'm so excited to hear that you have plans to visit
The Most Magical Place on Earth in May! Spring is my favorite season to travel to Walt Disney World Resort, from the blooming flowers to the beautiful weather. Bethany, I'd love to help you make sure all your Donald Ducks are in a row before you arrive!
You're absolutely right –
theme park reservations, made with the Disney Park Pass system, are an important step to reserve the parks you wish to visit on each day of your trip. But first, we have to make sure that your tickets are linked! Take a look at your confirmation email and see if you can find a reservation number. Then,
link your reservation to your
My Disney Experience account.
Once you've done that, we can check and see if your theme park tickets have been linked! Log into your account, hover your mouse over the
My Disney Experience tab, and click
My Plans. Scroll down past My Plans, Reservations and Tickets and toggle over to Tickets, Passes & Memory Maker. Here, you should be able to see your tickets and the Guests to whom they're linked! If you don't, I would recommend reaching out to the person or agency that you booked your vacation through to see if they can provide you with your ticket confirmation information.
Bethany, before you arrive, I'd suggest that you take a little time to download and check out the
My Disney Experience app! This app will help you to unlock everything that Walt Disney World Resort has to offer. You'll be able to view park maps, check wait times for attractions, and even
mobile order food – my favorite! This is a great way to minimize waits and maximize the fun.
If you have any other questions, please write back to us!
You've got a friend in me,
