    We are switching resorts in the middle of our trip in Feb. Starting at BLT and going to the AKL. What is the best way to move our things? Is there an option available to pay a disney employee to move our things so we don't lose time at the parks? Thank

    Howdy Madison!

    Are you getting really excited for your trip?  I have a trip planned for February as well and I am already bouncing around my house like Tigger with pre-trip excitement.  I hope you have the BEST VACATION EVER.  

    I have some great news for you.   On the day you are transferring Resorts simply call Bell Services at Bay Lake Tower and they will come and collect all the belongings you would like transferred.    The Bell Service Cast Member will label your things and transfers them for you to Animal Kingdom Lodge.  Please keep in mind that the transfer will not happen until the afternoon so pack anything you may need for the day in a small backpack or bag you can keep with you.   Once you arrive at your new Resort simply let the Cast Member know when you check in that you had luggage transferred from another Disney Resort and they will have Bell Services bring the items to your room for you.   Isn't that awesome?  Disney makes switching Resort hotels effortless, and that is just another reason it is called the Most Magical Place on Earth.
