how can i switch my plan from 19 June to 20 June

    Hi Man,

Welcome to planDisney! Hakuna Matata, no worries, we are always happy to help other Guests navigate their Walt Disney World Resort vacation planning or modify those plans if needed!

You are going to have a great trip during June. The EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival will still be in full bloom while you are there. One of the best things about EPCOT festivals is that there is something for everyone to enjoy. In addition to the delicious Outdoor Kitchens, I hope you have the opportunity to take in the beautiful topiaries for yourself. Two of my favorite topiaries, Timon and Pumba, are located Between Imagination! and The Land Pavilion. You won’t want to miss them.

If you need to modify your reservation, no problem. For Disney Resorts Collection hotel or a package reservation that includes theme park tickets, there are a couple of ways to modify your reservation. First, log into your Disney Account on the Walt Disney World Resort website. Under the My Disney Experience tab, go to “My Plans.” You should be able to follow the prompts and modify your resort reservation there. If for some reason you are unable to modify online, you can call to speak with a Cast Member, who will be happy to assist you.

You can modify theme park tickets, including your ticket dates, online by going to “My Plans” under the My Disney Experience tab. You have until midnight Eastern Time of the day before your ticket’s first valid use date. Just remember that no refund or credit is given if the change you make results in a lower ticket price. You will also pay the difference if the new ticket date is an additional cost.

Finally, if you need to modify your Park Reservation, you can do so on the website under “My Plans” or you can use the My Disney Experience app. In the app, select the menu on the lower right-hand corner of the home screen, and then select “Future Plans.” Simply select the park reservation you would like to modify and click “Modify Reservation.”

Man, I hope these simple steps will help get you on your way to a hakuna matata, problem-free, Walt Disney World Resort vacation soon. If you have any other questions, please stop back by and allow me or one of my planDisney pals know. We are always here to help!

    Wishing you many magical memories,
    Shannon
