Those tickets you purchased may be used as a credit toward the purchase of new theme park tickets if the current price is higher. If the price for the theme park tickets is the same, you will get an all new confirmation number for your
My Disney Experience account.
To start the process, send an email to WDW Guest Services- Ticket Usage at
ticket.usage@DisneyWorld.com including the following items:
-Make sure to include a copy of the front and back of your tickets (if you don’t have a hard copy of your tickets, include the confirmation numbers you received in an email when you purchased the tickets.)
-Include your name
-Daytime telephone number where you can be reached
-Where and when the ticket was purchased
-Purchaser’s name
-Form of payment used
A Cast Member will send you a new confirmation number and all you have to do is link that number to your My Disney Experience account. Now you're ready to plan your next magical visit!
