    Hi, I am supposed to pick up my tickets at will call. Do they open at 9am, or before the park opens? I'd like to settle this up before 9am if possible.

    The Will Call windows at the theme parks open about an hour before the parks do. I would definitely encourage you to pick up your tickets well before the park opens, that way you'll be all set to jump on the rides as soon as possible.
