Am I supposed to be listed in the party? Why do I not see my ticket information? How can I actually confirm my ticket has a reservation? It does say it’s active?

Hiya, Tiffany! I am Moana of Motunui. Er - I mean, I am Michelle of planDisney. I'm so glad you're here!

Can you believe that your visit to Walt Disney World Resort is only a little over a week away?! I would love to be your Wayfinder as we navigate the waters towards your magical vacation! It sounds like you aren't able to find your Theme Park Tickets or Theme Park Reservations on your My Disney Experience account. Let's board my boat, sail across the sea, and see if we can locate them!

First, it will be important to know who made your reservations. If you made your own reservations, we can begin looking for your Theme Park Tickets! Log into your account online, hover your mouse over the My Disney Experience tab, and click My Plans. Scroll below My Plans, Reservations and Tickets and click over to Tickets & Memory Maker. Are you able to see your Theme Park Tickets assigned to you? If so, great! We can move on to the next step!

Next, see if you can view your Theme Park Reservations. Click back over to Daily Itinerary on your My Plans page. Scroll down until you can see the dates listed for your trip. If you have made Theme Park Reservations, you should be able to see them listed here! It will say Disney Park Pass with an image of the park you selected for that day. If you could locate your tickets but could not see your Theme Park Reservations, you can make those reservations with the Disney Park Pass system

However, if another Guest has made your plans and account for you, they will want to share planning with you. This way, you can co-manage your plans! To do this, the person who made the plans can log into their account online, hover their mouse over the My Disney Experience tab, and click My Family & Friends. They should see your name listed here with the words "Plans managed by me" next to it. They can click "Update" and "Share Planning with..." - once they enter your email address, you can accept the invitation on your end. This will allow you to view your plans in your own My Disney Experience account!

Tiffany, if you have any problems with the above steps, you are welcome to reach out to one of the wonderful Cast Members. You can try to reach them through the Chat feature in your My Disney Experience app or you can call them on the phone. To use the Chat feature, log into your My Disney Experience app and tap the icon that looks like three stacked lines in the bottom right corner, then tap "Chat With Us." Pro tip: make sure you include as much information as you can, including any reservation numbers, in your message! A Cast Member will respond to you as soon as they're able. If you decide to call a Cast Member, I'd recommend calling as soon as phone lines open at 7:00 AM EST.

I hope I was able to help you locate your reservation information, Tiffany! I'm sending you all the faith, trust, and pixie dust on your upcoming trip. If you have any other questions, please sail our way again!

    See ya real soon!

Meet the Panelist: Michelle, Pennsylvania

Hello from Mister Rogers' Neighborhood, also known as Pittsburgh! My husband and I live in a little town that we affectionately call Main Street, U.S.A. where we often find ourselves seeking out ice cream, finding new adventures, and having lightsaber battles in our backyard. While we love to travel to galaxies far, far away, we consider Walt Disney World Resort our second home and I can't wait to help you add even more magic to your Disney vacations!
