Welcome back, Dakota! As we begin this chilly New Year up here in the Midwest, isn't it nice to dream of our upcoming Disney Cruise Line vacations in the warm waters of the Caribbean? I know I'm daydreaming about my next adventure at sea with Mickey right now!
If your all aboard time in a port is listed as 5:45 p.m., that means that all guests must be onboard the ship by then. It's best to think of that as the very latest possible time, and not as the time you should get onboard. You certainly don't want to be running a bit late and miss the ship! My family and I have so much fun in each port of call, whether we're on one of
Disney's amazing Port Adventures, or simply exploring the port on our own. But, either way, we leave ourselves at least an hour window prior to that all aboard time just to ensure that we are never late.
Since you have
Main Dining, you'll want to get back onboard in time to refresh yourself from the day's adventures and get all ready for dinner, so I'd suggest heading back to the ship as soon as you're done exploring
Tortola! Then, you won't feel rushed to shower and get ready for the evening's activities. No one should feel stressed and rushed on their Disney Cruise, so leave enough time and you'll enjoy a relaxing, yet exciting, day and night!
Have fun planning, Dakota, and please stop back with any other questions as you count down to the big sail date! We're happy to help!
