There is no "Master List" that tells you exactly how to get from every point A to every point B. The general concept is that there is direct Disney transportation from each resort to each theme park, water park, and Downtown Disney (and vice versa). This transportation could take the form of a bus, boat, or monorail. When you check into your resort, the front desk will tell you which types of transportation serve your particular hotel. I've created a little "cheat sheet"
HERE.
There is no direct transportation from resort to resort. To get from resort to resort, you'll just use one of the theme parks or Downtown Disney as a transfer hub. That means, take transport from your hotel to a park, and then from the park to your destination hotel. This type of situation most often comes into play when you have a meal reservation at a hotel that is not your own. Disney cast members are more than willing to help should you have any questions. HERE for tips on how to get the best possible transportation information from WDW cast members.
If you're looking for a commercial source of transportation information, the Unofficial Guide to Walt Disney World has a chart that lists estimated travel times within WDW. A less well-known guide, the "EZ Fun Guide to Walt Disney World" by Anne Easterling (I got my copy on Amazon) has the easiest to read chart that I have seen of how to get from point A to point B.
I know it seems overwhelming at first, but once you get there, it's pretty easy to understand. And there are ALWAYS cast members around who can help you.
Have a great trip!
