Hi! We are super excited to be staying at the Riviera Resort on New Years Eve! We are familiar of the activities in MK for NYE but are looking for some other options closer to our "home". Traveling with my husband and children (15,12 and 8).

Hi there, Staci! Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Thanks so much for taking the time to reach back out and allowing us to help you plan another vacation to Walt Disney World Resort!

You and your family are in for quite a treat since you will be visiting Walt Disney World Resort during New Year's Eve! There are a wide variety of celebrations that will be ringing in the New Year that you and your family will be able to participate in!

If you would like to remain at your "home", Disney's Riviera Resort is actually offering its own New Year's Eve celebration! Mezzanotte at Topolino's: An Italian Masquerade will be an elegant affair that combines food, drinks, and music for an unforgettable evening. Guests are encouraged to "dress to impress" during this event and embrace the masquerade theme with your own complimentary masks!

If you would like to celebrate at a park, Epcot will be a bit closer to your home base and will be celebrating around the World Showcase! Each country will have its own unique festivities that are sure to be fun for the whole family! You will then be able to view a very special presentation of Epcot Forever before counting down the final seconds to midnight.

I hope this has given you a few ideas for your upcoming vacation to Walt Disney World Resort! Please let us know if we can assist you in planning any other part of your trip!
