    Super confused. Trying to understand Memory Maker. If our party of 7 splits up, the person who has the entitlement is the only one who can capture photos? My mom ordered it but doesn't ride many rides, so how do we get ride photos and videos?

    Hello, Tami! Thanks for stopping by the Moms Panel with your excellent question about the Memory Maker entitlement. You mentioned in your question that your mother is the Memory Maker entitlement holder, as she is the person in your family that made the purchase.

    Your family is welcome to split up and take pictures in any combination and at any location at the Walt Disney World Resort that offers Disney's PhotoPass Service, even if your mother is not present at the time. All pictures should show up in your mother's Disney account since she is the Memory Maker entitlement holder, and she will be the person in your party that is responsible for downloading all of the images before they expire. Once downloaded, she will be able to share them with the rest of the family in any way that she chooses -- email, picture CD, etc.

    To ensure that each member of your family is included in your mother's Memory Maker entitlement, every member must be linked to her "Family & Friends" list AND enable photo sharing access with her through the Disney account. Please note that even though all photos should link to your mother's Memory Maker entitlement (whether she is in them or not), only she will be able to download any or all of the images as part of the purchase.
