    This summer will be our first time having an annual pass. I am confused on the Magic Bands. Do we still get MB sent to us? Then, we go and activate our annual pass at the parks and get more MBs? If you could explain how it all works, that would be great!

    Thanks for reaching out to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Congrats on purchasing Annual Passes for Walt Disney World Resort!

    I am very lucky to have a pass this year so I recently went through the redemption process. You will receive your voucher in the mail. When you get to Walt Disney World, you can visit any of the Guest Relations located outside the parks or the new office in Disney Springs new Town Center. Once the passes are activated, you can go into the MagicBand and Cards section of My Disney Experience online to pick your colors and have Annual Pass bands sent to your home.

    If you want bands that work immediately, you can use ones from a previous visit or purchase additional bands in almost any Walt Disney World Resort store. 

    You must have big plans at Disney World this summer! I know you'll have a blast! Let me know if I can help with any other questions that pop up along the way.
