    Have the 2019 Summer Complimentary E-ticket Entitlements that expire on June 7th, 2021 been extended, or do they actually expire on June 7th, 2021?

    Hi Chris and welcome to planDisney! Thanks for sending us your planning question! 

    Many unused tickets for Disneyland Resort theme parks have had their expiration dates extended until December 16, 2021. The best way to find out if your ticket was extended is to check your Disneyland App on your smartphone. Tap the three little lines on the bottom right of your phone, then select “Tickets and Passes.” 

    If you see the tickets on your account, great! If you don’t, try to link those tickets to your account by scanning your ticket or by entering the number manually. Once those tickets come up on your app, you will be able to see your new expiration date.

    If you can’t find your tickets, your next step is to call Ticket Services at (714) 781-4636 to see if your particular ticket is eligible for an extension.

    Chris, if you are able to see your tickets, go ahead and make a theme park reservation. You will be ready to enjoy your visit after just a few quick clicks!
