Sugg.'s for luggage storage in a DFS with 3 teens. We are each (5) going to need a large suitcase for our 8 day cruise. Some of our lugguage has hard sides so it won't squish, and if I put them in closet there will be no space for clothes. Other options?

    Ahoy Nicole!
It is great to hear from you again!  I have a few ideas that I hope will work for your sailing.  The clearance under the bed is 9" so if you can't slide it under, try lifting up the bed a little to see if it will fit.  If that doesn't work, on the left hand side of the closet, there is space that you can place a few of them upright.  You will still be able hang clothes and store more things in the shelves which are to the right hand side. If you are still having difficulty with storage, than your stateroom host/hostess may have a good solution since they are the stateroom experts!  They know how to make things happen, and I'm sure they will solve the problem in no time!
Also, a space saver I used on my eight-night voyage this summer was rolling our clothes.  It was a great packing method that not only saved space, but our clothes looked great when I unpacked them.  By rolling the clothes, I was able to use smaller pieces of luggage, and we were able to store our small suitcases in the larger ones in our stateroom.
I hope my answer helps, Nicole!  Thanks so much for using the Moms Panel for all your cruise questions!
    Have a magical day!
