What suggestions do you have for an a la carte lunch at Animal Kingdom or Epcot for 2 adults and 2 children (ages 7 and 4)?

    HI Kim!

You'll be happy to know that every quick service restaurant at Walt Disney Resort offers great options for both adults and kids.

At Animal Kingdom, some favorites are Flame Tree Barbecue and Pizzafari. Both of these dining options offer great food and a great atmosphere. At Flame Tree Barbecue, the adjacent, outside dining area offers great views of the park. More info on these can be found on the Animal Kingdom dining page.

Epcot offers a wonderful array of dining options as well. A full list of options can be found on the Epcot Dining page. A favorite is Sunshine Season Food Fair in the Land Pavillion. Another activity our family loves, is to "snack around the world" in the World Showcase. Each country offers regional cuisine that can create a wonderful meal. There are crepes in France, nachos & burritos in Mexico, hummus in Morocco, School Bread in Norway, and Teriyaki in Japan -- I could go on and on! The food around the world is simply delicious and plentiful. We can never try all the appetizing options in a single trip, no matter how hard we try!
