    ANy suggestion on flying with an 21 month old, did not purchase seat for him, will be lap child, have direct flight from Buffalo NY. Have never flown with small children before and kind of nervous. Flying Jet Blue. Thanks.

    When we travel to Disney we fly out of the Buffalo airport as well.  My son was 22 months old when we took our first family vacation.  We too did not purchase a seat for him and he sat on my lap during the flight. Don't be nervous at all.  At that age they would much prefer to sit on your lap rather than in a seat.  I think it is more comforting for them.  Just make sure you have enough toys, books, videos and snacks to keep your little one busy.
