Any sugg. on how I am going to keep my 5 y.o. daught. from wanting to buy everything she sees? Doing the earning disney dollars thing so she can spend on souveniers, but afraid once we are there she will not care she is out of $. Maybe one item per day?

Hi, Amy!  What I have done in the past is to designate the day that is two days before the end of our trip as Shopping Day.  Why then? Well, if you want to have the items sent back to resort, it cannot be done the day before you check-out. The kids look around all week, make mental notes, and decide which souvenirs they would most like to take home.  When they were your daughter's age, I would help them out by jotting down notes, when they asked me to, about things they had seen and liked.  By Shopping Day, they usually have it narrowed down to the "must-haves" that would fit into their shopping budgets. The only exception to this rule is if you want something park- or ride-specific.  You must get it while you are there and subtract it from the child's budget.  Otherwise, we hit the World of Disney Store in Downtown Disney wide open on Shopping Day, and take care of it all at once.  I hope this is helpful.  Have a Magical vacation!
