Ahoy, Keisha!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, I am so glad you came to us with your cruising question!
If you are concerned about eating on the ship, I encourage you to call Disney Cruise Line Reservations at 800-951-3532 and have them make a note on your reservation. This will alert your servers that you are looking for unique food selections.
My father-in-law cruised with us two years ago. He is diabetic, and was able to indulge in the "No Sugar Added" desserts each night at dinner, many of which I ordered because they sounded so delicious! You can see an example menu
here. There are always many different foods to choose from on the buffets, I am positive you will have no trouble finding what you want, but not eating TOO much might be a problem!
Your server might have some great suggestions for you at your nightly meals. They always know what they are talking about, so be sure to take their advice.
I hope you have a wonderful cruise aboard Disney Cruise Line! Please visit us again with more questions as your sailing gets closer.
Happy Cruising, Tracy V.
