Are there Sugar Free and Low Carb food selections available?

    Ahoy, Keisha!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, I am so glad you came to us with your cruising question!

If you are concerned about eating on the ship, I encourage you to call Disney Cruise Line Reservations at 800-951-3532 and have them make a note on your reservation. This will alert your servers that you are looking for unique food selections.

My father-in-law cruised with us two years ago. He is diabetic, and was able to indulge in the "No Sugar Added" desserts each night at dinner, many of which I ordered because they sounded so delicious! You can see an example menu here. There are always many different foods to choose from on the buffets, I am positive you will have no trouble finding what you want, but not eating TOO much might be a problem!

Your server might have some great suggestions for you at your nightly meals. They always know what they are talking about, so be sure to take their advice.

I hope you have a wonderful cruise aboard Disney Cruise Line! Please visit us again with more questions as your sailing gets closer.

    Happy Cruising, Tracy V.

Meet the Panelist: Tracy, Illinois

GAWRSH! Hiya pals! I am a Goofy-loving mom of 2, who is married to my real-life Prince Charming. My family supports my passion for all things Disney. Walt Disney World was my very first vacation, when I was just 3 months old, and I recently completed my 73rd trip to a Disney location! I have been fortune enough to parasail high above the Disney Fantasy, attend opening day of Batuu, snorkel in the lagoon at Disney's Aulani, and SO MUCH MORE! I can't wait to help you plan your Disney vacation!
