    SUGAR CRAVING ALERT! visiting end of Sept & again 1st wk of Dec (I know, I'm crazy) Do any of you know if Wishes Dessert Party will be taking place during either time? Desperately want to try it but was not offered last time when I visited in Sept 09

    Hi Kate,

    You are not crazy and I am very excited for you! I believe in my feet touching Disney ground as much as possible in a year and love it everytime :-)

    I spoke with a very helpful Cast Member at Disney Dinning.  Currently, the Wishes Dessert Party is only scheduled through Aug. 14th which is the end of Summer Nightastic. So its hard to give you an answer right now.  I'd suggest checking with them (407-WDW-DINE) near the end of Summer Nightastic and hopefully they will have announced whether or not the Fireworks Dessert Party has been extended.  You are always welcome to check back with me closer to that time as well and I'll see if I can find out more information for you.

    I'll keep my fingers crossed for you that it is offered during one of your two trips.  The desserts are super yummy and its an amazing location to watch the fireworks.
