This might be a stupid question but here it goes. do the Disney resort hotels show regular TV shows in the rooms? Will I be able to watch the Superbowl somewhere on the resort?

Not a stupid question at all. The TVs in the WDW hotel rooms do have regular channels. You can find a complete listing of the stations available in the WDW rooms HERE.

However, on a big day like Super Bowl Sunday, you won't have to be cooped up in your room for the game. All the TVs in the resort lounges will be tuned to the Bowl. Some of the resorts may even bring in large TVs for public areas. And of course the best place to be for any major sporting event is the ESPN Club on Disney's Boardwalk. This can will crowded so get there early, but the many dozens of screens, beer on tap, and plentiful chicken wings make this the place you want to be.

    Enjoy!
