are there any studio or 1 bed rooms in DVC other than AKV that allow 5 in a room?

    Hi Trish,

Besides Animal Kingdom Lodge, you could stay at Bay Lake Towers or Old Key West. Both of these are able to sleep five guests.

These resorts use a convertible chair to turn into an extra bed. My children have slept on them and they were fine.

The Boardwalk does have some rooms which have a daybed. However, you can only request this room and it is not guaranteed like the other resorts. It could sleep a child up to age 10 (depending on size) easily and my youngest slept many nights on it.

    Wishing you a magical vacation!
