Hi Kathy! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
Being able to view and save your
Disney PhotoPass photos is a very important part of your Walt Disney World Resort visit. Let's see if I can help you.
When I download my photos, I use my computer to go to the
Disney PhotoPass website and log in to my account. I think it is easier to download all my photos there rather than the
My Disney Experience mobile app. Plus, with so many photos, I really don't want to take up that much space on my phone.
Once you are logged in and viewing your photos, hover your mouse over a photo you would like to download. You should see a grey checkmark appear in the upper right corner of the photo. Select the checkmark so it turns green. You should then see a download button in the upper right corner of your screen. Just below that will be a box with the words "Select all visible media". Check this box to select all your photos, or you may continue to select photos individually by clicking the checkmark on each photo you wish to download. Then hit the download button and
voila! While I may be a Walt Disney World expert, I am certainly no computer expert. I'll try to help you with identifying your photos after they have been downloaded to a folder on your computer. I think you may need to change the "view" setting on your computer. When I am using Windows, I can change the view in the menu bar at the top from "details" to "icons" to see thumbnail views of my photos. You can also change the file name of a photo from the long code to something more easily recognizable by right-clicking on the file name and selecting "Rename" from the menu.
Kathy, if you are still having trouble downloading your photos,
give the friendly Disney PhotoPass Cast Members a call at (407) 560-4300. They"ll be happy to help.
Please visit us again with any additional questions you may have.
Enjoy your magical memories!
