Can strollers go through the Guests With No Bags Line at the parks as long as there's nothing but a child in them and we have no bags?

I'm sorry to be wishy-washy, but you may encounter different situations depending on the security staff that happens to be on hand at a given time. I have seen strollers go through the no-bag many times. I have also seen guards redirect guests with strollers, but no visible bags, to the general security line for a more detailed check. It's really up to the discretion of the security cast members.

Most of the time you will be let through the no-bag line, but don't be surprised if you end up in the general security queue.
