Hi there Willie, welcome to planDisney! Thanks for stopping by with your question, I'm thrilled to help! Can you believe your trip to
Walt Disney World Resort is almost here? You are sure to make awesome memories at The Most Magical Place on Earth!
Strollers are a common and convenient way to navigate Walt Disney World, especially with young children. As a twin mom and mom of a toddler, strollers were and still are a must to help us navigate the parks.
There are a few
Rules for Using Strollers at Walt Disney World. A few things to keep in mind are:
- Size Restrictions - Strollers larger than 31” (79 cm) in width and 52” (132cm) in length are not permitted. Stroller wagons are also not permitted.
- You'll need to fold your stroller when boarding buses, trams, and some boats. Most other transportation options, like the monorail, allow you to leave the stroller open with your child inside.
If you decide not to bring your own stroller, they can be
rented at all four theme parks (Magic Kingdom Park, EPCOT, Disney's Hollywood Studios, and Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park) and at
Disney Springs.
Quick tip - Each attraction and show has a designated stroller parking area. Cast Members may move strollers slightly within these areas to manage space, so take note of where you parked. We found this out the hard way! It's a good idea to mark your stroller with a colorful ribbon or tag to make it easier to spot among the many others.
Willie, I hope you find this information helpful as you prepare for an exciting visit to Walt Disney World Resort! Thank you again for visiting planDisney. Have a magical day!
