If we are staying at a Disney World resort-could we leave our luggage there in the lobby/bell service since check in is in the afternoon?

    Welcome to planDisney, Frank!

Thanks for stopping by with a question about luggage at Walt Disney World Resort. I’m happy to assist!

Travel logistics are such a big piece of planning when it comes to a vacation at Walt Disney World Resort. Flying from our local airport in Canada, there aren’t many flights to Orlando per day so arrival times vary. My family is always so excited to head to the parks immediately once we have sorted out luggage.

I’m excited to share that Guests of Disney Resort hotels are considered resort guests from the moment they arrive on check-in day. This means you can immediately start enjoying the resort's amenities, whether that’s taking a refreshing dip in the pool as soon as you arrive or exploring other facilities. Bell Services will keep your luggage safe until your room is ready, so you’re free to start your vacation right away. If you prefer, you can head straight to the parks and dive into the magic. Once your room is ready, you can either pick up your bags from Bell Services or have them delivered directly to your room.

Frank, I hope you’ve found this information helpful as you plan your Walt Disney World Resort vacation. If you have any other questions, don’t hesitate to swing by planDisney again. We’re here for you!

    Happy planning,
    Candace
