Hiya Fellow Mama!
Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel. You are going to love visiting the ‘World with your little one. Walt Disney World Resort is magical at all times, but it is sprinkled with a bit of extra pixie dust when experienced through the
eyes of a child.
We just left the “stroller for all.the.things” phase when we visit the Resort. I have
twins and a daughter that’s two yEARs older, so we often brought
two strollers. We started bringing an umbrella stroller for our girl when she was about four, and always brought our regular twin stroller for the boys. The reason why we didn’t convert over to umbrella strollers for them was one - only two parents (!) and two - we wanted to make sure we had a place for
naps on the go. Our
kiddos regularly took afternoon naps until they were four, so we wanted to try and maintain their nap schedule, and a reclinable stroller was the best for that.
Since your babe is little, I would recommend bringing your heavy-duty stroller. You can use it for naps on the go, and to carry
all the things you need. Just remember,
strollers can be no larger than 52” (132cm) long by 31” (79cm) wide. No worries though, most of the strollers on the market fit within these guidelines. If you’d prefer not to travel with a large stroller, there are several rental companies in the Orlando area, including Disney’s Featured Provider,
Scooterbug.
Jessica, if you have any more questions, please don’t hesitate to come back. We are all EARs!
