Welcome to planDisney, Bethany!
I have two little ones myself, so I know how essential a double stroller is to the perfect day at the Most Magical Place on Earth.
Bethany, as you know, you are able to
rent a double stroller directly inside each of the four theme parks and
Disney Springs for just $31 per day. Additionally, if you go ahead and secure your rental for the length of your stay, this price per day drops to $27. Please note that prices are subject to change.
Now, Bethany, these double strollers are very basic and do not come with any of the fancy bells and whistles that you may be used to. While neither the single nor the double strollers recline, the seats are set back at a bit of an incline, but they are made of hard plastic. For my kids, this would not be comfortable enough to nap in, but my kids are light sleepers, even when they are "Disney tired."
In terms of storage, there are cupholders and a few pockets on the back and sides. You could use these compartments for snacks, but it would not be enough storage if you are planning on looking to do any serious souvenir shopping.
If you need to rent a double stroller, I recommend that you go through a third-party rental company if your kids will be in the stroller all day and/or napping. There are plenty of third-party rental companies available, but if you are staying with us in the
Disney Resorts Collection, ScooterBug is the Disney Featured Provider, and the only company able to drop off your rental at Bell Services.
I hope that this gave you a bit of insight, Bethany. Please come back here if we can help you figure out where to stay, play, or dine at Walt Disney World Resort.
See you real soon!
