Hi I am stressing! will be staying at BCV July 4th week. Since mom cant handle too much sun we book dinner in Epcot at 8 pm on the 4th and thought we'd swim at the resort during the day. Just heard the parks may be filled to capacity by 5 or 6 pm. Help!

    Hi Joy,

There is really no way of knowing what the crowds will be like on July 4th. You are correct that parks may reach capacity and that guests will be turned away in order to make sure everyone is safe.

What I recommend doing is when you check into the Beach Club, talk to the concierge about your situation. They can then recommend what to do including having you go into the park early or if you will be okay since you have an Advance Dining Reservation. However, I do not believe this gives you a guarantee into the park.

You can also call Disney at 407-WDISNEY and ask them what their advice would be on this day as it is one of the few days the parks may reach capacity.

Finally, enjoy Stormalong Bay with your mom especially the quicksand!

    Have a magical vacation!
