Ahoy Stephanie!
Welcome aboard the Disney Parks Moms Panel. How exciting that you will soon be departing on your high seas adventure! With so much
magic included when you cruise with Captain Mickey, you are sure to make some incredible memories with your pirates-in-training next month.
Disney Cruise Line offers a lot of great amenities to ensure smooth sailing when
traveling with little ones.
Staterooms are also designed with families in mind! Most staterooms are equipped with a curtain that divides the room. This is one way you can create peace during nap time and avoid any salty sailors. Your toddler can nap in the larger bed on one side of the curtain and your baby on the second side. This should help minimize the noise if your toddler awakes before your baby.
You can also take advantage of the great youth spaces onboard like the
Oceaneer Club and
"it's a small world" nursery! If you are traveling with another adult, once your toddler awakes (or while your baby is napping) one of you could take them to enjoy some time in the Oceaneer Club or any of the other amazing spaces onboard. You could also make reservations for your baby in the nursery during their regular nap time and they can sleep peacefully in this space. Reservations in the nursery are available for an additional fee and are very popular, so be sure to reserve your time early!
